I forgot to journal entry after weighing in on Monday. had a solid weekend and lots of excersise and working outside. Always helps. taking a little recovery time this week. between work, kids sports and not 100% I am resting my body. I travel Mon-Wed. see how this goes.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
