Had a weigh in yesterday, I was very pleased to see that I had already dropped 5lbs. I have not really started my exercise program as I was waiting to see what I could do without hurting myself. Also I had a few opportunities to step on a scale (as I do not own one) and everytime I did within a day of the next the scale continued to go up, which was frustrating considering I started watching my calorie intake before I received my meal plan, but it paid off yesterday. Will start my exercise program the coming week and that will be the hard part, but must push myself through it. I believe in ME!!!
