Been a rough year. Lost my dad to liver cancer a few months ago now, but weight has not been in the forefront of my mind. But no time like the present, time to get back on the bandwagon and get my weight back down and going in the right direction. Time to focus on me again.

well down 5lbs woot woot, I am excited now if the weather would cooperate I would get out and get moving again to help with losing more!! I was doing so good, but hopefully back on track again, must keep going.

I have avoided coming on here for a long time, because I am up in weight. I gained like 10lbs over Christmas keep gaining. I know it is because I am snacking at night and the weekends are a right off! I am so mad at myself for letting this happen so bad. I absolutely need to get back on track and stop making excuses for my pathetic self. Get moving again, and stop being so lazy!! I am almost starting all over, today I stepped on the scale and it said 275, for pete sakes, I was down to 262, so mad!!! so mad!!! so mad!!!
