Had a great weekend. Upgraded to a 26ft Mako. Spent all weekend scrubbing and cleaning. Great arm workout. Helped with food intake. Reduced cal per day to 1850 which helped push ovee the hump. Still walking 5x week.
85.2 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
