What's your post-workout food?

Great workout day, not a great diet day.
Was going pretty well up until I came home after my workout and the only healthy food was plain lettuce and corn. Not even a tomato. :(

So I ended up having a half a steak that was leftover from my dad's dinner and some fried black beans on 2 hot dog buns.

Seriously, must go grocery shopping to have some ideal post workout food.


84.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
