Tough week for sure. My body needed a rest. took 5 days off treadmill but had several really.long working days with one getting me 21k steps. I got back on the horse this morning for my 50 min incline walk. Felt great! Headed to the Masters for a couple days. Plenty of walking. But will beed to watch my diet.
