Couldn't wait for tomorrow so I decided to do my weigh in today 🙈 Started fasting 20:4 on Monday, been eating about 1000 calories during those 4 hours and bam, a huge loss in 4 days, could be my weighing time? or is my scale broken? maybe some water weight? struggling to believe that I'm 74.8kg. 🤪🤪
