So I couldn't find a photo of me, I'm sure you know the drill, luckily after some deep diving I was able to find this gem, 116kg that Christmas. vs Now, 77kgs ❤❤ I'm proud but can't get over the look of my tummy, 2 kids, 32yo, 1 emergency c-section later and I've got that horrible c-section shelf and extra skin. any advice please, perhaps exercises that target that area? or could help reduce the shelf looking appearance? it's already much smaller than it was 🙏
