Sweeeeeet! I started Atkins 72 Induction on Monday. Added 10 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of exercise bike ( every other day ). I stepped on the scale last night and was bummed, no changes.... got on the scale this morning and LOST 4lbs!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
