Back into Induction phase for me! I am on day 4 of Atkins Induction 72. On a good note, I have lost some weight from starting this WOE 2 years ago. Now I just need to continue on and stay more focused. I am not a very patient person, so it is hard for me to stick with this long term. I CAN'T GIVE UP!
