My waist measurement has gone down one centimetre from a week ago and I feel stronger so I think I must be putting on muscle mass. I'll adjust my ideal weight accordingly, from 55kg to 57kg. My goal is to be fit and strong, not weak and skinny. And I love this way of eating (carnivore). When I got up and looked at myself in the mirror this morning, it was the first time in forever that someone who looked happy and healthy looked back at me.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
