Week 20! it is now getting tough. trying to find new ways to lose a few pounds. i am between 18-1900 cal with less then 50g fat per day. This seems to be a great number for me ro stay active and not feel hungry. I am averaging 50min on the treadmill 5 days per week. May be an oppurtunity to increase that. I do average 12.500 steps per day at work. I guess this is my largest platue yet. I will push through and achieve my 40lbs weight lose before 3.1! LET'S DO THIS!
92.3 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
