I think it's ok once in a while, don't beat yourself up, just do great this week and you'll forget all about it. We all cheat a bit here and there, just kick this weeks ass!! 💪🏻

try doing a weekly calerie count, rather than day. If need be you can adjust your intake on another day. Sub soup in like broth low calories but can help fill you up with a Satiated sensation.

I was at my calorie intake by noon. We all have days like that. Just be mindful and try to do better the next day.

it's ok to be human. I know today will prove different than yesterday. Sometimes we have to up the anty to satisfy what our bodies crave and then get back to the daily rigamarole.
