I am so disappointed in myself. I hate to be a negative Nancy, but I am so addicted to food. I feel like I need gastro bypass surgery 🤔. I don't know if my insurance will pay for it.

I woke up this morning in a bit of a funk. Then I opened FS and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the support that surrounded me. I want to thank Everyone!

I am a mess... I ate fast food and really didn't enjoy it. My lunch was a day's worth of calories. I just have to do better tomorrow. I'm glad I have somewhere I can vent.
