I know this is my first day of a long journey ahead. I have had obesity in my life as far back as I can remember. I am here to start a new beginning. I was at the doctor the other day and my blood sugar was 285 and I have a fatty liver. My liver panel showed elevated numbers. I want to live a healthier and more active life. 🙏 I pray I can succeed. I want to love ❤️ myself!

you can do it!I follow a low-carb gal on youtube, Terry Leister, who lost 170 pounds in less than 3 years and looks marvelous, got off all her meds, etc. If people lose that much, you can lose yours and fix the T2 and fatty liver too. Sugar is addictive and our enemy. Processed grained aren't good for anyone, whatever healthy way of eating they choose: vegetarian, mediiterranean, low-carb, whole 30, or carnivore. Stay away from those two food groups, and you have 75% of the solution. 80% of Americans have at least pre-diabetes. A third, NAFLD. Isn't that awful? So much misery, such horrible futures (I know people were are T2 and won't quit eating sugar who are going blind, getting vascular dementia, headed toward dialysis... It really speaks to how addictive a substance it is, that anyone would make such a choice.) But you are stronger than a pastry. You are stronger than a plate of boring ol' spaghetti. You are stronger than a bag of chips. And you're worth saving.
