I knew it was going to happen this week, but now that I am working out 3 days a week and cardio on all days, I hope the number will resume the downward spiral.
141.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

remeber to stay positive had you been doing any exercise b4 hitting the gym with yer pt if not remember muscle weights more than fat try mesuring yourself aswell as weighing as u might be losing a few inches but gaining abit of muscle good luck dude keep up the fab work
