Having support is so important. I’m thankful for my friends and family for keeping me motivated. I put on a pair of jeans today that didn’t fit me a month ago! And I mean these were never going to button without leaving behind a muffin top, but today they buttoned without a problem!!!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
