Its been a while... I reached my goal and then went on auto pilot, from there summer happened, and off the wagon I fell... gaining a few pounds as old habits die hard: too much wine , snacking and indulgence. It shows one that you can never take your eye off the prize, and staying somewhat focused is essential. So here I am -back at it. In the last few days I have stuck to real food and monitored...and have come around. Im lucky Im hyper active and stay busy-but down time is my enemy...so now Im back, holding at 158#...as the battle for balance continues... :)
