The holidays took another toll... too many chocolates, too much wine and way too many calories...time to reign it all in (again) and get back the discipline ... 2023 here we come...hoping for health, balance and happiness in the months ahead!

Its been a while... I reached my goal and then went on auto pilot, from there summer happened, and off the wagon I fell... gaining a few pounds as old habits die hard: too much wine , snacking and indulgence.
It shows one that you can never take your eye off the prize, and staying somewhat focused is essential.
So here I am -back at it. In the last few days I have stuck to real food and monitored...and have come around.
Im lucky Im hyper active and stay busy-but down time is my enemy...so now Im back, holding at 158#...as the battle for balance continues... :)
