Think I'll change my weigh in day to Sunday's, so I'm sure to get a full week in to see the best results :) Almost to the 200's! YAYs!

I noticed that when I wait too long between meals, I tend to eat more. My schedule every week is so different, I need to figure out how to stay on track in the busy of it all.

I'm going to try drinking a glass of water before each meal, too. I was thinking about doing that to help with the urge to eat fast and to help flush the system for better digestion. Then I read it in a hydration challenge...great minds think alike :)

Need to get back to making my own meals, too...also a problem when the weeks are really busy.
136.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 68.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have a suggestion cause I too binge when I skip a meal. I make sure I eat something, no matter how small every 2 hours. I started buying pre packaged things already in a serving size, and I put some in my purse in the morning. I like the crunchy granola bars cause theyre sweet and pretty filling too. I also dont like to eat fruit if i have a choice of something else, but i will eat apples if they are already cut and fruit cups. Love you! I'm so proud of you
