REMCarter thank you. My biggest thing right now is logging my foods. I open the app early morning and then forget about it until evening then I try to remember everything I had. I need to work on that but I’m happy I’m losing.

Absolutely- I think it’s all about little steps in the right direction. You’ve got great consistency w/logging weight, so maybe just start with logging your first meal of the day? Find a cue that will help you remember? I had gotten into about a hundred little bad habits that really compounded, so for me it was focusing on one thing at a time and being more mindful about all the little stuff. You’re doing so awesome, I’m so stoked you’re on here!
