Absolutely- I think it’s all about little steps in the right direction. You’ve got great consistency w/logging weight, so maybe just start with logging your first meal of the day? Find a cue that will help you remember? I had gotten into about a hundred little bad habits that really compounded, so for me it was focusing on one thing at a time and being more mindful about all the little stuff.
