This has been so hard to stay accountable. I get stressed I fall back to my easy comfort foods.

Greek you hurt and berries to start the day and egg salad over baby spinach for lunch. It’s one of my favorite meals.

I’m back on track after faltering for a bit. Blood test have been an eye opener. Started walking daily and hopefully back into a full workout in a coyote weeks. I’m nursing a sprained ankle so I’m going slow and steady. Eating hearty healthy low carb to avoid cholesterol meds and pre-diabetes.

Haven’t been here since 4/4/22, foods been awful and weight is going up. I am on the struggle bus. I’m struggling with the “life is short eat what I want” mindset 😩. I know what I need to do and today I’m jumping on it again.
