yeah it is. This is hard sometimes. I went to see my doctor on Tuesday, and he raised my medication amount. I have been ravenously hungry yesterday and today. I don't think I lost any weight this week even though I kept my calories low, I ate a lot of fat and carbs and didn't get as much exercise at work as usual. I had alot of computer work I had to do, and I've been in pain so not as much walking. I wish taking off weight was as easy as putting it on
