I went to the gym last night and did the Boot Camp class that they had, and OH MY GOODNESS, I am feeling it today! I went with some family friends and it was good to have someone pushing me. I woke up this morning and instantly knew I had gotten the most out of my work out!

Also the Master Your Metabolism book I'm reading is so interesting! I am a bit scared to eat anything that isn't organic ever again, but I feel that this is maybe what I am missing out on. Maybe this is why I feel the way I do. The reason I can't seem to loose any weight. After I'm done reading it, I might read it again and get all the information I can out of it. Then I'm clearing out all my over processed nonorganic foods, and starting fresh.

Way to go! I did an in home workout yesterday and felt soooo good when I was finished. My hubby and I are hitting the gym tonite after he gets home from work. I wish I could do the same at home, empty the processed foods and only by fresh, organic, whole foods. Unfortunately, my hubby and mom would have a fit. I'm trying to shop for myself once a week and I only buy what I want in the house. If my mom wants the rest of the crap she can buy it. Works for me! Keep up the great attitude. I'm looking forward to watching your success.

Thanks! I hope you can persuade them into going organic. It makes so much sense for everyone to do it! It's scary what all those poisons do to your body. That's why everyone is overweight, has diabetes, and dies of heart attacks. Show them the hard evidence and they'll want to do something about it!
