Goal! I told myself the day my son was born that I would get back to a healthy weight...and I did! It has not been easy but not once did I give up! I may have had some bad days/weeks but I did it and I am proud. Every day I was aware of my goal, my calories, my work outs and it was hard.

I have some toning to do still but I reached my second goal so YAHOO...it was all worth it!

Now onto my next goal ;-)

Thanks for all the support, it kept me going!
49.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
