In the last week I cut out snacks, ate 'real' food and followed a healthy guideline for food / nutrition
Counting calories has been an eye opener and this website has helped make the difference.
Phase 1 complete...now to stay on track for 1 week and then a new goal towards spring!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
