Below 200 by the end of the year, that was my goal and you have no idea how good it feels to hit that in half the time! Everything is falling into place. Been eating great, lettuce wrap that sandwhich and burger and the calories come off and so does the weight. Biking to work 10 miles each way is helping a ton. I cant wait to weigh in again and get closer and closer to the next goal of 185.
