After a great couple days of high intensity cardio DVD workouts I'm feeling and seeing the reults. i'm hoping to continue this momentum into the rest of March and see how close to under 250 I can get. Go me Go!

Another week and another pound down, I'll take it. As long as the needle is trending down I'm happy. Been incorporating more weight lifting into my workouts and I'm excited to contine. Would like to see a number in the 250s next week. Go me Go!

Another week amd another pound down. Should be more but I was lazy over the weekend and spent my time on the couch. I did go for an 8 mile bike ride yesterday and can't wait to do more bike riding this spring/summer. I also signed up for my first 5k of the year. I used to run 5ks all the time and can't wait to get out there again.

Another great last few days of working out and eating great has put up a new good number. It's been tough at times to get a good workout in, but once you get on the treadmill or start a workout, it just seems to make you feel great. Happy to see results and will hopefully continue this weekend. Weekends can be tough as I don't have the consistency as I do during the week, but I can do it! Go me!
