Okay, well, it's slow and steady--about 2 lbs/wk. But the great thing is that I feel like, for the first time in my life, I can really eat this way for the long haul. I feel great--have more energy than I've had in a long time, and haven't had the urge to binge, which is really unusual. I'm eating 5-6 small meals a day--every 3 hours, so even if I start to get the munchies, I can just look at the clock and know there's another satisfying meal right around the corner. I have to constantly remind myself that slow and steady wins the race. I'm down 11 lbs in just under 1 month. Consistency will win this battle.
