Been on many diets. Lost pounds, gained muscle, but the rigor and restrictions eventually took over and I gained everything back plus some. Vicious circle. Dr. calls me a carboholic. Now, as I get older, the weight is not only messing with me psychologically, but I am beginning to see the effects of poor eating with my health...I am sick of being sick. The worst is the energy level changes through the day. After two weeks on a low carb, low fat routine, after a few bumps, I am starting to see a more consistent energy level through the day. Yesterday, I noticed that I was not sleepy all day. Felt very good.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
