Seem to be gaining weight for some reason. I know that my weight should fluctuate daily so, I'm not that concerned yet. I wanna see where I end up for the week and then I'll have a better understanding of whats going on.

My wife has been tempting me a lot lately though. We went out to breakfast yesterday and I made a healthier choice than I usually would (or wanted to, lol). But then she went across the street and got us donuts from the local bakery, so I'm sure that didn't help. I also went to the bar the night before and had quite a few drinks.

However, I have been going for a jog every day. It takes me about 8mins. To get around the block once. Hopefully I'll be able to get it up to two laps soon.
130.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
