So still feeling under the weather these last couple days but have still been getting in some good workouts in the sunny Seattle weather. Its becoming easier and easier to eat right during the week, I have to contribute that to the continued weight loss. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up the work outs this up coming week, get back into morning and evening workouts.
