I feel like this one pound lost was a very hard fought battle. I've been "dieting" for 4 months now and did well until February, it got really hard to keep going, perhaps because I was tired of my plan, tired of winter, but overall, happy I've lost 17 pound now!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
