Birthday turned into birthday weekend cheats, including a piece of cake.
I have never felt a carbohydrate overload hangover, but I did this weekend on Saturday and Monday after indulging in Mexican (rice, beans, chips, and fajitas)and Carrot cake (that wasn't very good)on Sunday. I felt like I had drunk a bottle of Tequila.
Hopefully, I will keep that in mind and stay away from the carbs for a long while! I dropped down to 185 and then back up to 187 over the weekend (whatever those numbers actually mean).
Its a new day...back to the low carbness!!
