Another week as gone by and I am happy to say that I have lost weight 2 weeks in a row! I am shocked! It is amazingly easy for me to journal everything on this site. I hated writing everything down...calories, carbs, fat, etc. and forget about keeping track of exercising. I love the Challenges as well. I wanted a diet-coke so many times but then I remembered I was on the Soda Challenge and drank something different.
Again, I was not perfect but I don't want to totally deprive myself. Diets usually make me feel like I'm being punished and I don't want to feel that way. Instead of eating something totally bad though I had animal crackers, pretzels, fruit or chocolate. I do weigh and measure my foods because, right now, I am not sure what a serving size looks like with my "naked" eye.
I am going to do my best this week and keep track of everything...The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. We'll see how it goes!
