I have now tied my lowest weight from the last time I was major dieting and exercising 5 days a week. I can't wait to see the 390's disappear in my "rearview" mirror.
177.6 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 75.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
