What a weekend!! More fun in the sun with BBQ and Beer. Still was able to get in a couple workouts during the start of the weekend aka Thursday and Friday. Sat night into Sunday was basically a free day so I enjoyed a great number of beers and bar food. Monday I was back on the horse and did a great number of work outs, 3mile morning run with a arms weight workout and then later in the day went for an about 8mile bike ride. It was fun.
