Was kinda on again off again for a bit but am getting back on track. Trying to establish the mind body connection because when I'm out of my mind (he he he) my body takes the blame... I haven't been following my programs as I should but haven't been awful either. Getting it together and id stick to completing the Squat challenge so feeling proud of that and may have fluctuated a bit in the process but the little line is still moving in the right direction.
