Still sick! No gym yet this week. So sad.. but hope to be back to 100% tomorrow. Good news? Still holding steady at 181, after gaining a few pounds temporarily following my ridiculous free day (Sunday).
82.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
