I was almost afraid to get weighed this morning. After dropping 1.4 lbs. yesterday I was fearful of it edging up a bit - No way down another 1.2 lbs. I'll probably not lose any more for week until my body adjusts to the loss, but that's okay I know it and expect it. I'll just stay the course and wait for the next drop however long it takes. I just don't want to see the 140's again!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
