Half a pound down! It was very hard to stick to the eating plan yesterday. I felt a lot of cravings after dinner. For the most part, I held it together.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
