Diet pemula:
Pagi: Kopi + susu 110 kcal
Siang: Telur dadar + Nasi merah 5sdm (putih jg boleh) + Saus sambal 1 sdm 250kcal
Sore: Pepaya + 1 sdm madu 100 kcal
Malam: Dada ayam rebus 100 gr + Nasi merah 4 sdm + 1sdm kecap 300kcal
Snack malam: Sari gandum 6 keping 180 kcal
58.1 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
