I have no idea how I'm gaining weight instead of losing it 😬 I only exercised for 2 days this week as opposed to all 7 days last week but I that shouldn't increase my weight by so much- I measured this morning before eating (like always) too. I also feel more fit than before I started exercising but I don't think I built so much muscle also. I really have no idea how this is happening- the only thing I can improve is my water intake. Also, I'll try to eat more protein but I don't live on my own so I have to eat what my mom cooks 😶 I hope by next week I'll figure out what I did wrong this week 😬 💜
