This is my first time trying to track my calories and exercise and I'm hoping I don't quit early on. 😅 I used to weigh 60 Kgs two years ago . I worked out and lost 6 kgs (54kgs) and I was able to maintain that until quarantine hit.
I had lots of work to do and exams to study for, so I slacked off about my exercise and health due to that. Now I want to get back on track and start off this new academic year with a healthy exercise and diet so that I can stay confident in myself :)
I'll check in every week to update my stats and I hope I can achieve my goal in due time :)
