Well back on the Paleo thing and setting portions by the Zone Diet. dropped 5 pounds. So far so good but its only been a week and for the next two weeks I am traveling. I will have to keep my eye on the prize when I eat in restaurants. Wish me luck.
112.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
