2154 cal and 88 fat grams has been my average this month. I hope to go under the 240 mark this week since I have been holding that weight for awhile now. I have been walking .80 of a mile three days a week. I need to step that up to a mile this week. I am still trying to maintain 2000 cal, 75 fat grams, and 2500 g of sodium.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
