Wow, I could not believe it when I weighed myself this morning....dropped -5lbs!!! I have been working out more, drinking more water, stop eating 2 hours before sleep, eating more healthy snacks like almonds and sunflower seeds and putting flax seeds in my food! This is truly working....making a lifestyle change and challenging myself to take it to the next level!

72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
