Suffered whip lash from previous Sunday.
Neck was throbbing.
Went to the chiropractor as I required X-ray.
Adjustment made since. Feeling fabulous! 😊💜
Happy with weight.
Loving hypertrophy gains.
Body is responding well to powerlifting.
I’m eating well.
Work life balance is working well time with family and friends still spent.
Remembering it’s important to have a life regardless of my profession

Balance is vital for stability. 😊🙏🏼
Know your limits.
Still .... work hard.
