I tried my best but to be honest I totally overate most of the week. i don't know how I managed to lose 2 outside of walking everyday. my only assumption is that all that walking actually accomplished something.
I'm not as close to my birthday goal as I'd like to be, but I figure if I go down next week- scratch that- WHEN I go down next week I'll be under and it will be after my birthday, so yay me still. I know I'm giving myself that extra bit but I figure losing like 3 and a half lbs in 2 weeks is something remarkable so i'm just taking a little extra for me. (expecially since I'm going to be having cake and icecream and dinners and what have you this week)
