Well, when I was 13 my best friend switched schools and I became depressed and hooked on cocacola. (12 Litres a day) and by the time I graduated high school I was 274 lbs. I am now 230 ish and would like to get down to 190 at least for now. my hubby promised he would get me something, maybe some nice weights or an exersize trampoline to help me lose even more weight.
I've been walking a lot (not much else to do in saskatchewan really) and it's been helping me to get down. now if I could only stick to my calorie counting.
TOPS is a big part of my weight loss, my girls are helping me out and being my strength there. and of course my mom, sisters and neices are my stregth at home.
